The location was 5 to 10 min, walking or uber, to most places in San Juan. The amenties were convenient. Having access to both facilities was a plus. One side lagoon the other the beach. The view was gorgeous during the day and at night. All the staff were very nice. We would've extended our stay but the hotel was sold out for a wedding. We have been to San Juan 5 times and always stay somewhere different but we will stay here again next time.

I liked the view from the room (towards the lake), the small and quiet pool and the access to the facilities of the Condado Hotel.

Location and the room is perfectly cleaned and the bath has everything you need and also the towels are soft and clean love it

I loved the intimacy of the property. Not to big but just right like the other properties on the strip. The rooms were clean and updated, the property inside and outside were maintained very well. The property also shares amenities and with its sister hotel which seem to be a little bit more crowded which is fine but for someone like me how gets overstimulated very quickly I loved the calmness of our pool area and the option to sit in the multiple gazebos.
